We are proud to share that the Stephanie Lynne Calams Memorial Scholarship has officially adopted a stretch of highway in her honor. This adoption not only keeps our community clean and welcoming but also serves as a lasting tribute to Stephanie’s legacy of kindness, service, and impact.
Where You’ll See It
The adopted highway is located just off Highway 272, branching from Highway 69. You’ll find the two dedicated stretches here:
First Section: About a half mile in from the intersection of Highway 69 and Highway 272.
Second Section: Roughly a mile and a half down on Highway 272, on the opposite side of the road.
Together, these sections create a two-mile span that community members and travelers will see and recognize as part of Stephanie’s memorial.
Carrying Her Legacy Forward
This adopted highway is more than a stretch of road—it’s a symbol of perseverance, generosity, and love. As we drive along Highway 272 and see the signs in Stephanie’s name, may we all be reminded of the difference one life can make.
Together, through scholarships, service, and community pride, we’ll continue to honor Stephanie Lynne Calams in meaningful and lasting ways.
